Services

TLV Bauhaus provides guided walking tours related to Bauhaus and White City architecture in Tel Aviv. Website content is informational. A booking is confirmed only when we explicitly confirm date, time, price, and meeting point by email or phone.

Bookings & payment

Prices, schedules, and availability may change. Payment instructions are provided at confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, public walks require payment before the start time.

Cancellations

• Guest cancellation 48+ hours before start: full refund of prepaid tour fees, unless a different private-group policy was agreed.
• Guest cancellation within 48 hours: prepaid fees may be non-refundable; we will try to reschedule when possible.
• We may cancel due to weather, safety, illness, or force majeure; in that case we offer a reschedule or refund of prepaid fees.

Participation & safety

Walks involve city sidewalks and outdoor conditions. Wear suitable footwear and follow guide instructions. You are responsible for your personal belongings. We may refuse participation if behavior endangers the group.

Heritage & content accuracy

We discuss White City heritage respectfully, including its recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage urban ensemble. Building years, architects, and historical notes are provided in good faith for educational touring and may be simplified. They are not official legal determinations about listing status of individual properties.

Intellectual property

Website text, branding, and original graphics belong to TLV Bauhaus or their respective owners. You may not copy site content for commercial use without permission. Guests may take personal photos during walks unless otherwise asked (e.g., near private courtyards).

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLV Bauhaus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or tours. Our total liability for a confirmed booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Website

The site is provided “as is.” We may update or discontinue pages without notice. Third-party links, if any, are not under our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.
